About The Watermark on Hudson
The Watermark on Hudson Weehawken is a town that has seen its fair share of change since Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton dueled on the riverfront in 1804. Where once were wide-open cliffs and marshlands, there are now sweeping views of Manhattan across the water. And where once was a maze of railroad tracks and industrial junkyards, there are now upscale apartment buildings and condominium complexes, a pedestrian walkway and a ferry terminal with service into Midtown Manhattan.
One such new waterfront development is The Watermark on Hudson, a 12-story tower that offers breathtaking Manhattan skyline views from its 206 condo homes. The luxury properties are designed with the finer things in mind — think granite stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and spa-inspired bathrooms clad in marble with luxe fixtures. And then there are the perks: residents can enjoy 24/7 concierge services, private media and billiards rooms, a golf simulator, indoor and outdoor pools, and more.

While the perks are tempting, Ms. Volkodaeva says she and her husband are also excited about the proximity to the city, which they can easily reach on foot or by hopping on the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. The couple will also be able to ride the NY Waterway Port Imperial Ferry to work in Manhattan, and they plan to bike with their three children along the mile-long waterfront path that will be just outside their door.
